Nintex Drawloop Document Generation supports most fonts. If you are generating a document and the font is not being maintained try the solution below:
- Open your document in Microsoft Word
- Navigate to ‘Tools’ then navigate to ‘Options’
- Select ‘Word Options’
- Click the ‘Save’ tab
- Ensure the ‘Embed fonts in the file’ checkbox is check-marked
If the solution above does not resolve the issue, it may be due to restrictions that are set by the font provider. This typically occurs if the font is licensed. In this case, we recommend reaching out to Nintex Support for additional assistance and possible workarounds.
