If you are integrating Drawloop + DocuSign and unsure which Specified Recipient to select use this guide below:
User Selected Contact
The recipient is a Contact and is selected by the User running the DDP at the time the DDP is being ran.
Current User
The recipient is the User running the DDP.
Selected Contact
The recipient is a Contact selected when the delivery option is created. This cannot be edited when the DDP is ran.
Selected User
The recipient is a User selected when the delivery option is created. This cannot be edited when the DDP is ran.
User Lookup
The recipient is a User set up when the delivery option is created. This is editable by the User running the DDP when they select the DDP and delivery option to run.
Contact Lookup
The recipient is a Contact set up when the delivery option is created. This is editable by the User running the DDP when they select the DDP and delivery option to run.
Static Name-Email
The recipient is not a User or Contact in Salesforce. The recipient is hard coded in the delivery option and cannot be edited when the DDP is ran.
User Selected Name-Email
The recipient is not a User or Contact in Salesforce. The recipient is selected when the delivery option is created but can be edited by the User running the DDP when they select the DDP and delivery option.
Dynamic Name-Email
The recipient will be a Contact listed in a lookup field on the record. This will dynamically change per record.
Roles or Groups
The recipients will be those in the selected Role or Group.
Object Owner
The recipient will be the owner of the record.
Object Creator
The recipient will be the creator of the record.
Current User’s Manager
The recipient will be the manager of the User running the DDP.
